Start,stop
I'm going to do it, oh wait no I can't! Round and circles are two words that come to mind. Infinity is a fortunate or unfortunate ongoing thing depending on the individual and there mind set.
It's the feeling you get when the body has to do something it hasn't been used to doing, it kind of rejects it. If you can imagine this and we've all seen it many times before, your stood on a platform, looking down from a great hight ready to do a bungee jump. Your mind says jump and your body says no, mind jump, body no, mind jump, body no, this is creating a feeling of a painful stuck (hypotonic) and the person in mind won't jump nor will they climb back down the way they came, this is not wanted or needed.
The mind asks, the soul knows and the body does...
Mind over matter not matter over mind. This might sound really strange but the body is trying to get as comfortably and as safely as possible to curtain death and if it was unto your mind you would be flying round the world with your superman cape on, or quite the opposite laid in the gutter somewhere wondering where your next hits coming from because it knows any minute now your body's going to be asking for it. It's true there's a constant battle going on throughout your entire life. I've found if you ask the questions, how can i ? or how do I ? then the body is much more responsive and efficient at what your wanting to do or at what your wanting to get. Your much more likely to do what someones asked you to do, rather than what someones tells you to do and that applies to your own thoughts and words. It's easy the mind says "how do I do the bungee jump ?" the soul goes "simple walk to the end, jump off, your going to bounce about a few times, they will lower you down and plant your feet firmly on the ground" your body goes "ok lets do it" your soul is your satellite navigation system. your mind gives the coordinates to your soul, your soul gives your body the best possible route and then your body will willingly oblige . Your body is the vehicle, the soul is the journey and the mind is the destination.
Embrace change.
When you embark on anything new, your body won't like it. You are so used to being like you are anything alien is uncomfortable, other than beginners luck you won't be any good at it and your body and mind will head for the exit door. A good way of thinking is, you was no good at walking when you first started but once you found your feet there was no stopping you, keep going you've got this.
Step by step, day by day in each and every way you would get better and better and just like magic you'll look back and wonder what all the fuss was about, because when something gets imbedded in you it becomes part of you, it becomes your identity, how you look to people, so if you want to do something else go ahead and give it a go, choose wherever the destination is and always enjoy the journey.
remember what you've learnt
